Through 11:59 PM (ET) June 1, Battelle is accepting nominations for the following committees and advisory panel:
- Endorsement & Maintenance (E&M) – reviews and endorses quality and cost/resource use measures, ensuring they are evidence-based, scientifically sound, and both safe and effective.
- Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) - reviews and recommends measures under consideration for use in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) quality reporting and value-based programs.
- Measure Set Review (MSR) - A subset of PRMR committee members who assess measures for continued use in select CMS programs.
- Scientific Methods Panel (SMP) – New for 2026! - A group of experts that advise Battelle on measurement science, with a focus on the scientific acceptability of clinical quality and cost/resource use measures.
These groups are designed to represent a variety of voices and perspectives, including clinicians, healthcare facilities, purchasers, policymakers, researchers, patients, caregivers, and more.
