Battelle annually reviews the PQM Guidebooks outlining its approach to Endorsement and Maintenance (E&M) activities. By reviewing and updating, we ensure our processes and procedures are continually refined and reflective of feedback received throughout the year.
The draft edition of the E&M Guidebook is open for comment from June 15 to July 5, 2025.
Below is a list of Guidebook updates found in the new E&M Guidebook:
- Integrated a spoken public comment opportunity into the Advisory Group meetings.
- Closing Care Gaps domain remains optional.
- The Logic Model was moved to the Measure Information section of the measure submission form.
- Clarification is provided for person- and encounter-level reliability and validity requirements for maintenance measures with changes to critical data elements.
