The public is invited to observe virtually the 2025 Measure Set Review (MSR) Recommendation Group Measure Review Meeting, 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (ET) October 6 – 7. During this meeting, MSR members will review, discuss, and recommend measures for continued use in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) programs.
The 2025 MSR cycle will focus on measures from Cycle A: Patient-Centered and Outcome-Focused Care, which emphasizes personalized care plans, preventive measures, and chronic disease management tailored to individual patient needs.
Prior to the meeting, MSR members will review preliminary assessments (PAs) and complete Pre-meeting Initial Evaluation (PIE) forms for the measures under review. Measure Review Meeting discussions will be guided by PIE form feedback and public comments.
