Exclude, if any of the following characteristics are identified: Under age 18 or over 120 at time of diagnosis Tumor not originating in the colon Non-epithelial malignancies Non-invasive tumors Stage 0, in-situ tumor Stage IV, metastatic tumor None of 1st course therapy performed at reporting facility No surgical procedure of the primary site at the reporting facility Perforation of the primary site Acute obstruction Positive FNA; nodes removed surgically were negative due to neo-adjuvant chemo
