Battelle annually reviews and updates its Guidebook of Policies and Procedures for Endorsement and Maintenance (E&M) to reflect process enhancements and stakeholder feedback. The Guidebook will be finalized following a review of public comments. Public comments will be included in the final Guidebook’s Appendix.
