Did the patient have HIV testing (code set PR0142, LC0021) during the following time period: 280 days prior to delivery (PRE-EPIS)?
Time Window: 280 days prior to a claim for a delivery procedure (code set PR0140, PR0141) AND the diagnosis is Full Term Delivery (code set DX0209)
