Percentage of patients, aged 4-18 years, newly diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) whose medical record contains documentation of DSM-V criteria.

        • 1.14 Numerator

          Number of patients newly diagnosed with ADHD whose medical record contains documentation that DSM-V criteria were used to diagnose ADHD. Documentation is defined as any evidence in the medical record that DSM-V criteria were addressed.

        • 1.15 Denominator

          Number of patients newly diagnosed with ADHD. Patients diagnosed in the past 6 months from the measurement date.

        • Exclusions

          None.
