DenominatorPatients 3-17 years of age with at least one outpatient visit with a primary care physician (PCP) or OB-GYN during the measurement year.
ExclusionsThe measure excludes female patients who have a diagnosis of pregnancy and patients who use hospice services during the measurement year.
