The public is invited to virtually participate in the upcoming Partnership for Quality Measurement (PQM) Measure Set Review (MSR) Recommendation Group Measure Review Meeting on October 17, 2023. The Guidebook of Policies and Procedures for Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) and Measure Set Review (MSR) is now available to download.

We are pleased to announce that the comment period is now open for the 2023 Measure Set Review (MSR) Draft Report.  The goal of MSR is to optimize the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare quality programs measure portfolio via measure removal recommendations. The 2023 MSR will review the measures included in the CMS End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Incentive Program (ESRD QIP). The draft report presents our assessment of the measures.
