Prevention and Population Health
After the measure submission deadline, the measures submitted for endorsement review are posted to the PQM website for public comment. These comments are aggregated and shared with the project committee for consideration during the measure evaluaiton meeting.
The Prevention and Population Health Standing Committee oversees the consensus based entity's portfolio of Prevention and Population Health measures, which includes measures for dental care, cancer screenings, immunizations, and well-child visits.

Percentage of enrolled children in the age category of 6-9 years at “elevated” risk (i.e., “moderate” or “high”) who received a sealant on a permanent first molar tooth within the reporting year.

The measure is specified for reporting at the program (e.g., Medicaid, CHIP, Health Insurance Marketplaces) and plan (e.g., dental and health plans) levels for both public and private/commercial reporting.
