STI Testing for People with HIV (3755e)

This is a smart measure as STIs ar rising as some individuals were not tested during the pandemic. This might be challenging for individuals without insurance and rural practices to receive results in a timely effective manner that will help with proper treatment for the patients affected

It would be best to align this measure with the HRSA HAB Measures which separate out the STI's and have a little different criterion for the numerator.  The link for this information is at: https://npin.cdc.gov/publication/hab-hiv-performance-measures.  HAB measures have existed for a long time.  It would be preferred to adopt these measures rather than the one listed.
