      Men who have had AAA screening anytime in the past

      1.15 Denominator

      Men aged 65 through 75 years with a history of tobacco use anytimein the past, or men aged 60 years and older with a family history of abdominal aortic aneurysm

      Exclusions

      General exclusions:
      1. Evidence of metastatic disease or active treatment of malignancy (chemotherapy or radiation therapy) in the last 6 months;
      2. Patients who have been in a skilled nursing facility in the last 3 months
      3. Patients who are terminally ill or in Hospice
