Assess the use of and the adherence of antipsychotics among members with schizophrenia during the measurement year

Proportion of inpatient hospitalizations for patients 65 years of age and older who receive an order for antipsychotic medication therapy.

The percentage of patients 5-64 years of age during the measurement year who were identified as having persistent asthma and who were appropriately prescribed medication during the measurement year.

Percentage of children and adolescents 1-17 years of age who had a new prescription for an antipsychotic medication, but no U.S. Food and Drug Administration primary indication for antipsychotics, and had documentation of psychosocial care as first-line treatment.

The percentage of patients 65 years of age and older who received at least two dispensing events for the same high-risk medication. A lower rate represents better performance.

Percent of patients undergoing isolated CABG who received an IMA graft.

The percentage of patients with a primary diagnosis of low back pain who did not have an imaging study (plain X-ray, MRI, CT scan) within 28 days of diagnosis.

Percentage of patients aged 18 years and older undergoing isolated coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) who received an internal mammary artery (IMA) graft

Percentage of all pediatric (less than 18 years old) in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis patients with hemoglobin less than 11.0 g/dL and in whom serum ferritin concentration was less than 100 ng/ml and TSAT less than 20% who received IV iron or were prescribed oral iron within the following three months.

The proportion (XX out of 1,000) of individuals without cancer receiving prescriptions for opioids with a daily dosage greater than 120mg morphine equivalent dose (MED) for 90 consecutive days or longer.
