Purpose:
Battelle will publicly post comments, as written, by the close of the public comment period, unless as noted below or otherwise noted on the call for public comment. Commenters should include only details they are comfortable sharing publicly.
Exclusions from Public Posting
Battelle will not post comments:
- Containing personally identifiable information (for example, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and names of private individuals).
- Outside of the scope of the call for comments.
- Contained within an attached file if our security software determines that the file contains, or is likely to contain, a virus or malware.
- Containing profanity, threatening language, or potentially libelous claims.
