ExclusionsExclusions:
•<18 years of age
•Patients who have a length of stay greater than 120 days
•Patients enrolled in clinical trials
•Patients with comfort measures only documented
•Patients who had a left ventricular assistive device (LVAD) or heart transplant procedure during hospital stay (ICD-9-CM procedure code of LVAD and Heart Transplant: 33.6, 37.51, 37.52, 37.53, 37.54, 37.60, 37.62, 37.63, 37.65, 37.66, 37.68)Testing Data Sources
