Denominator
Patients 2 years and older with a diagnosis of asthma who had at least one office visit in the past 12 months.
Exclusions
1.General exclusion for Terminal Illness
2.General exclusion for cancer
3.Provider or patient feedback stating patient does not have a diagnosis of asthma
