Battelle is accepting nominations through 11:59 p.m. (ET) July 30 for select PQM committees supporting Endorsement & Maintenance* (E&M), Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR), and Measure Set Review (MSR). Committee members will have the opportunity to provide feedback on quality measures based on their lived experiences and areas of expertise.

We received more than 500 PQM committee nominations representing a broad range of individuals and organizations. After careful consideration and review of all nominations, we have drafted committee rosters for the Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) committees and Measure Set Review (MSR) committees. To promote a transparent and inclusive process, we encourage any interested party to review each draft roster and provide feedback by 11:59 p.m. (ET) September 7.

PRMR Committees

Battelle annually reviews its PQM Guidebooks outlining its approach to Endorsement and Maintenance (E&M), Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) and Measure Set Review (MSR) activities. By reviewing and updating, Battelle ensures its processes and procedures are continually refined and reflective of feedback received throughout the year. Please read and comment on the Guidebook of Policies and Procedures for PRMR and Measure Set Review (MSR) and the E&M Guidebook by June 24.

Please join us December 14 for the PQM Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) Clinician Measures Listening Session. This is an opportunity to provide feedback on clinician measures included in the 2023 Measures Under Consideration (MUC) List, which outlines measures the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is considering adopting into certain Medicare programs. 

Please join us December 15 for the PQM Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) Hospital Measures Listening Session. This is an opportunity to provide feedback on hospital measures included in the 2023 Measures Under Consideration (MUC) List, which outlines measures the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is considering adopting into certain Medicare programs. 

Please join us December 18 for the PQM Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) PAC/LTC Measures Listening Session. This is an opportunity to provide feedback on PAC/LTC measures included in the 2023 Measures Under Consideration (MUC) List, which outlines measures the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is considering adopting into certain Medicare programs. 

The public is invited to attend the virtual PQM Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) Clinician Committee Recommendation Group Meeting, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (ET) January 16 and 17. Attendees are welcome to listen as the Clinician Recommendation Group reviews clinician performance measures included on the 2023 Measures Under Consideration List.
